We aim for complete client satisfaction and maintain a fair and respectful service experience for both parties. This Refund & Satisfaction Policy explains when refunds apply across all our digital services.
1. Satisfaction Guarantee (For Service-Based Projects)
For eligible services, we provide a 7-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of onboarding or initial service delivery. If you are not satisfied with the initial direction or agreed service approach within the first 7 days, you may request a review or partial refund, subject to the terms below.
2. General Refund Principles (All Services)
Because our services involve time, creativity, strategy, and digital labor that cannot be reversed, refunds are based on the stage of work completed at the time of request.

a) Social Media Management & Marketing • Refunds allowed only within the first 7 days • After 7 days, refunds apply only to unused service days • Advertising costs paid to platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.) are non-refundable
b) Content Creation (Graphics, Video, Writing) • Once the first draft or sample has been delivered, only partial refunds apply • No refund after 3 or more revisions have been completed
c) Website, Programming & Tech Services • No full refund after project setup, research, or development work begins • If cancellation is due to client delays or lack of required information, no refund
d) Branding, Logo & Design • No full refund once concept(s) have been shared • Partial refunds only before design revisions start
e) Consultations & Strategy Sessions • Once the session has been booked and delivered, no refunds • Rescheduling is allowed once with 24-hour notice
f) Digital Products, Templates, Courses & E-books • No refunds after access, download, or delivery is provided • This protects intellectual property and copyright material
🛑 4. Refunds Will Not Apply If:
Refunds are not applicable if: • Project delays are caused by incomplete client information, slow feedback, or change of direction
• Work was paused due to client inactivity or lack of response
• Client fails to use or implement delivered work
• Client “changes their mind” after work has begun
• Third-party fees, ad spend, hosting domain or software costs were purchased on your behalf
🔄 5. Subscription Cancellation (For Monthly Services)
Clients may cancel monthly subscriptions at any time. Cancellation stops the next billing cycle, but does not guarantee a refund unless eligible under this policy.
