Applies to: Social media management & marketing, branding/design, website & programming, digital advertising/growth, writing/content, consulting, training, and any other digital or creative services we offer.

🧾 Engagement & Scope

  • We deliver work according to the selected package, written proposal, or confirmed brief.
  • Project scope is defined at the start. Any request outside scope is a change request and may be charged separately.
  • Communication channels: email, WhatsApp/business chat, or project workspace agreed with you.

πŸ’³ Payments & Billing

  • Payment (full or agreed deposit) is required before work begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel before the next billing cycle to avoid renewal.
  • We accept approved gateways or bank transfer as communicated (e.g., Paystack/Stripe/Flutterwave).
  • Invoices/receipts are issued electronically.

  • Each project includes 2 revision rounds unless your plan states otherwise.
  • Revisions must be within the original scope and requested within the agreed feedback window.
  • Major changes (e.g., new strategy, redesign, different deliverables) are out of scope and billed separately.
  • Delivery timelines start after we receive all required assets and access from you.

β›” Refunds & Chargebacks

No refunds once work begins except as stated in our Refund Policy. For digital products or files, no refunds after delivery.

  • By ordering, you acknowledge time, tools, and expertise are invested from project start.
  • Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes without following our refund process breach these Terms.

πŸ“‚ Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information, content, approvals, and timely feedback.
  • Ensure you have rights to any materials you provide (logos, images, copy, accounts, etc.).
  • Maintain secure access to any credentials you share. We’ll handle them with care and use only for agreed work.

🧠 Intellectual Property

  • We retain ownership of drafts, working files, internal templates, and production processes unless otherwise licensed.
  • Upon final payment, final approved deliverables become yours, excluding licensed stock, fonts, or third-party assets (which remain subject to their licenses).
  • Code deliverables: unless otherwise agreed, we grant a non-exclusive license for the intended project/domain.

We may display non-confidential snippets of completed work (screenshots, mockups, case notes) in our portfolio or marketing. If you require confidentiality, notify us in writing before project start.

  • We keep client materials and communications confidential and use them only to deliver the agreed services.
  • We may sign an NDA upon request (mutual or unilateral), provided terms are commercially reasonable.

  • Services are provided with reasonable care and skill. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes.
  • We are not liable for issues caused by third-party platforms (e.g., account restrictions, algorithm changes, outages).
  • Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

🌍 International Clients & Compliance

  • We serve clients globally. You are responsible for complying with your local laws/regulations when using our services.
  • Data handling follows our Privacy Policy. Cross-border processing may occur using reputable processors and safeguards.

  • We may suspend or terminate service for non-payment, policy violations, abusive behavior, or illegal activity.
  • On termination, fees for work completed or resources reserved remain payable.

  • Primary governing law: Federal Republic of Nigeria.
  • Where local consumer laws apply in your country, they remain respected to the extent required.
