Clear, fair & transparent. This policy explains when refunds apply for services delivered by TJ SOCIALMEDIA AGENCY LTD.

1) Overview

At TJ SOCIALMEDIA AGENCY LTD, we aim to deliver high-value digital services with professionalism and measurable results. Refunds are assessed fairly based on work completed, assets delivered, and third-party costs already incurred.

This policy applies to all services, including Social Media Management & Growth, Marketing/Ads, Branding & Design, Web/Tech, Programming, and Content/Writing.

2) General Eligibility

Deposits/Initial Payments: Refundable only if no work has started.
Work Started: A pro-rated refund may apply after deducting work already completed and non-recoverable costs.
Work Delivered: If the agreed deliverables have been provided per scope, refunds generally do not apply.
Third-Party Fees: Domain, hosting, ad spend, plugins, stock assets & payment gateway charges are non-refundable.

3) Pro-Rated Refund Model (Fair Use)

4) Refunds Will Not Apply If

Client delays, lack of response, or failure to provide needed information.
Change of mind after work has begun.
Client fails to use or implement delivered work.
Third-party purchases have been made on your behalf (ads, hosting, software, etc.).

5) Subscription Services

Clients may cancel monthly subscriptions anytime. Cancellation stops the next billing cycle. Refunds only apply if eligible under Sections 2–4.

6) How to Request a Refund

• Full Name
• Service Purchased & Date of Payment
• Reason for Refund

Our team will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days.
